Description
The Mexican cuisine that today is popular throughout the world has its origin thanks to the fusion of Prehispanic and Spanish cuisine, mainly developed during colonial times across the Mexican territory.
The city of Puebla is an example of this colonial cuisine, developing dishes with this fusion of recipes, techniques, and ingredients from this gastronomic exchange.
In the Puebla colonial cooking class you will learn historical concepts and a variety of dishes that make up a 4-course menu and 1 drink made with ingredients from local producers from the agricultural area on the slopes of the Popocatepetl volcano.
Your experience will take place in the chef’s kitchen located a few blocks from the pyramid and downtown San Pedro Cholula. After preparing and enjoying the meal together, we will all help to pick up and clean the work area.
