Obsidian Tours shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries, or health related issues sustained by the client throughout the duration of one of our tour services. Such injuries and health issues include, but are not limited to: cuts, scrapes, bruises, soreness, muscle, ligament, and tendon injuries, bone fractures, nausea, and fainting. By purchasing one of our tours clients assume full responsibility for their health and safety. People with preexisting health conditions or mobility issues of any kind are not advised to take any of our tours.
No warranties
This Website and the services offered are provided “as is,” with all faults, and Obsidian Tours express no representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Website or the materials contained on this Website. Also, nothing contained on this Website shall be interpreted as advising you.
Limitation of liability
